Specialties

While each client comes to me with their own unique set of circumstances,

I specialize in supporting individuals navigating the following areas:

Childhood
Trauma

There’s no denying it— our early experiences had a powerful impact on the way we see ourselves, others, and the world. Even though these experiences happened in the past, their impact can still show up in the present: through anxiety, relationship difficulties, or emotional overwhelm. Many clients seek trauma therapy or childhood trauma counseling when these patterns begin to surface.

I take a gentle, trauma-informed approach. Our work focuses on helping you make sense of your early experiences while building a stronger sense of safety and connection within yourself while moving at a pace that feels safe for you.

Anxiety and Worry

Anxiety can show up in many ways—racing thoughts, constant worry, panic attacks, or avoiding situations that feel overwhelming. If you’ve been searching for therapy for anxiety, panic attacks, or phobias, you are not alone.

I help clients slow down and better understand what’s happening in both the mind and body. We’ll work on practical tools to manage anxiety in the moment, while also exploring the deeper patterns that may be keeping it in place.

Relationship and Attachment Concerns

Our relationships (past and present) shape us into who we are. You might notice patterns like overthinking, shutting down, or feeling disconnected from the people you care about. Many clients come looking for relationship therapy or attachment-based counseling when these patterns start to feel overwhelming or unmanageable.

Together, we’ll explore how your past experiences may be shaping your current relationships. From there, we can begin creating new ways of connecting that feel more secure and supportive.

Life Stress and
Adjustment Difficulties

Life transitions and ongoing stress can feel overwhelming— even when the changes are expected. You may be navigating changes in relationships, work, your personal identity, and searching for support during these life changes.

Therapy offers a space to slow down and process what’s happening. Together, we’ll work to make sense of these changes, build coping strategies, and help you move through them with more clarity and a sense of greater stability.

Narcissistic Abuse
Recovery

Being in a relationship where you are questioning your own reality can leave you feeling crazy, confused, hurt, and unable to trust yourself. Many people searching for narcissistic abuse recovery or therapy for emotional abuse describe this same sense of self-doubt and disorientation.

In therapy, we work to gently untangle these experiences. You will begin to process what you’ve been through, rebuild trust in yourself, and begin to feel more grounded and clear in your relationships moving forward.

Support for Spouses
of Pornography Addiction

Loving someone who struggles with pornography addiction can trigger feelings of betrayal, hurt, and confusion. Spouses of those struggling with this addiction can feel completely alone and isolated.

Therapy offers a space that is centered on you—your emotions and your healing. Together, we’ll process what you’ve been through and work toward building healthy boundaries and a stronger sense of self.
