Therapy is a collaborative process between a therapist and client. Together, we’ll work to identify goals and explore possible solutions to challenges that may be causing emotional distress or getting in the way of your daily functioning. It is also a space for support, growth, and increased understanding of yourself during difficult or overwhelming seasons of life.
I provide therapy in-person or online (via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform).
Session Cost: $80
One-on-one therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or general life stress. A space to slow down and better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns and implement practical tools for lasting change.
Session cost: $100
In couples therapy, the relationship is treated as a shared system— two individuals who function as one interconnected unit. Couples therapy offers a neutral space to allow both partners to feel heard while strengthening the relationship as a whole.
Group therapy offers support for individuals navigating shared experiences such as grief. In a safe, guided space, you can gain insight, feel less alone, and grow in community with others. Past groups have included topics such as narcissistic abuse recovery and grief support.
